Okay you use the Clone stamp tool. You zoom in quite close, like 400% and you select the Clone stamp tool and use a soft brush, the size depends on your picture, but keep it relatively small. Press Alt and select an area near the tag, now brush/stamp it over the tag like this:

The white circle indicates where I’ve selected. Now keep going and keep getting a new selection/stamp every now and then and you should end up with something like this:
