Download it here. Photoshop has to be closed while it’s downloading. After it downloads open photoshop and topaz should be there where the filters are under digimarc.

Click file> open and pick the picture you want. Crop, re-size it, sharpen,etc.

Now if you have sharpened it go to filter > topaz labs > topaz clean 3.

First what you wanna do is enter the key code. there will be codes when you download topaz, just look through the folders.

After you get the key code, click cartoon. I think it works the best but you can do something else and just copy my settings.
