Answer:

I would make a detailed tutorial if I didn’t suck at making graphics. But honestly there is not much to it. You just have to be patient and creative. And you have to know how to use textures because that’s what mostly this graphic consist of. I’ll make basic explanation on what you would do for this graphic.

Answer:

I am not sure if there is an easier way to do this. But this is how you can achieve it:

1. Create a text layer and for your text your just going to add a punch of periods. So just hold down the “period” key. 

2. To space it out go to Character, highlight the dots and space it out with the indication below that is highlighted in red:

3. For the sides, duplicate the layer. Go to Edit → Transform → 90 degress cw

That’s really it. Hope this helped!
